We work directly with our Italian producer partners, who send their products to a central distribution hub in Milan, and from there everything comes straight to us at Borough.
In our warehouse in Jubilee Place, at the rear of the Market, we have a large cold store, an environmentally controlled curing room and other dedicated storage. We receive deliveries to this space on Fridays, with fresh soft cheeses, like Mozzarella di Bufala and Burrata, arriving every week.
We retail these products from our Borough Market stand, and produce markets in Primrose Hill (Saturdays) and Victoria Park, Hackney (Sundays).
