We send out deliveries on Tuesday and Thursday; orders placed before 10am on Monday or Wednesday will be processed the following day, with deliveries taking place on Wednesday and Friday.

Deliveries are charged at £8, and are free over £50.

Our deliveries are usually handled by Royal Mail using their Tracked 24 service; parcels may arrive at any time so please ensure a safe place is provided in the event that you cannot receive it. On occasion it may take longer than one day for your order to be delivered; our packaging can keep the products chilled for up to 48 hours. 

Please be aware that arranging re-delivery, changing delivery address, or requesting collection, can extend the delivery time; you choose these options at your own risk as we cannot accept liability for delays caused in doing so. 

Click and collect orders can be collected at our Borough Market shop from Tuesday to Sunday, and must be placed no later than 10pm on the day before the desired collection day. Where possible, please include an approximate collection time in your order notes - this is not binding, but it helps us plan your order. Please be ready to present your order number on collection.

*Please note that we are unable to offer delivery to areas outside mainland UK.

Any orders involving temperature-critical products will be sent using sustainable “Woolcool” wool-based insulation and reusable ice packs. Woolcool operate a recycling scheme that allows you to return your insulative liners to them for free - see their website for more information. Alternatively, you can return them to our shop and we will recycle them.
